Life Ladies

Who are the Life Ladies?

Looking for a place to make new friendships and find encouragement? We invite you to join our women at Life Bible for the weekly and annual events that create beautiful friendships as we grow together in the Lord. The ladies do life together by gathering for Bible studies and weekly prayer meetings. Each fall, we have a special night of worship and teaching called Refresh. The ladies also gather for an annual Christmas ornament exchange and the crowning event of the year is a two-day retreat at Lake Lanier held each spring. All events are open to the community!

Please join us at our upcoming events

Refresh for Life Ladies

Please join the ladies of Life Bible Church for our second annual Refresh event on October 24, 6-9 p.m. This is a night for fellowship, worship, and teaching. This year we will be teaching from Exodus 14 with inspiration from the book The Red Sea Rules: 10 God-given Strategies for Difficult Times by Robert Morgan. The teaching sessions are titled:

  • Stay calm and confident, and give God time to work
  • Acknowledge your enemy but keep your eyes on the Lord

Drinks and desserts will be provided. Please let us know if you plan to attend (click here).

Bible Study

Women's Bible study meets every other Thursday 6:30-8:00 p.m. The same study is offered the following Friday morning at 10:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Childcare is provided on Friday mornings.

Through the end of the year, we will be studying Genesis 12-50. Discover how God orchestrates everything for His glory and the good of His people, and see how the God of creation and covenant is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Jen Wilkin's study book, God of Covenant, will be available to purchase at the meetings for $15 if you're interested in more in-depth study.

The dates can be found on the church calendar. Please email Lorie at if you have questions.

Prayer Meeting

At LBC we believe that prayer is at the center of everything we do. With this is mind, the women of LBC gather on Wednesday evenings to intercede for our church, community, and world. The men also gather to pray, but in a different area of the church. Childcare is provided. To find out how you can get involved, please contact Angela Barrere at
