Toy Swap

The Toy Swap will be December 8th, 2018 at 10 a.m.

Let’s face it. Toys can be expensive and most don’t get used for very long. No matter your financial situation, we can all benefit from sharing the things we no longer use with someone who can use them. The Toy Swap is a great opportunity to get rid of some of those unused items, while picking up some new (to you) items at NO COST. The Toy Swap is held every December and includes toys (for all ages), books, and games. This is a FREE event for the whole family. We look forward to seeing you at the next Swap event!

Please use the form below to register for the event. Registration helps to ensure that we have enough resources available on the day of the Swap.

Our Swap volunteers are highly valued and appreciated. Click here to see how you can help and get a sneak peek before the main event.

Below are some questions and answers that may help you plan for this event.

Q: How does a Toy Swap event work?

A: Before the event toys and books are sorted and placed on marked tables. During the swap you are welcome to browse the tables and take whatever you can use for your family. There is no charge for anything! We will have gift wrapping stations open where we will wrap your gifts so they are ready for Christmas morning.

Q: What kind of items can I bring?

A: During this swap, we plan to have gently used toys and children’s books.

Q: Am I allowed to sell things that I get from this swap?

A: NO. We provide this community event in hopes to save families money. Please do NOT take items your family will not use. All remaining items are used to fund future swap events, or donated to a local charity.

Q: Can I come even though I do not attend your church?

A: YES! We encourage everyone in the community who would like to come and participate. Feel free to bring friends, the more the merrier!

Q: Where is the Swap held?

A: The Swap is held in our the main sanctuary of our church located at 124 P. Rickman Industrial Blvd, Holly Springs, GA.

Q: Do I have to bring a minimum number of items?

A: No. We would love to have you come join us for the fun, even if you do not have any items to contribute. There is no counting of items during drop off or before you leave. (We only ask “Number of Items” on the registration so that we can prepare an appropriate number of tables.)

Q: Can I drop things off before the event?

A: YES! We would prefer items to arrive ahead of time to allow better organization. We provide early drop off times during the week prior to our event. Please sign up to let us know when you plan to come.

Q: I may need to bring my children, is that ok?

A: In our church, we believe that family comes first. So children are always welcome, however, we will not have childcare for this event.
