Toy Swap

The Toy Swap will be held December 12th, 2020.

The Toy Swap is a great opportunity to clear out toys, books, games etc. that are in gently-used condition, while picking up some new (to you!) items at NO COST! We also accept donations of new toys from anyone in the community who would love to bless others this Christmas!

The Toy Swap is held every December and includes toys (for all ages), books, and games. This is a FREE event for the whole family. We look forward to seeing you at the next Swap event! Doors open promptly at 10 am, so arrive early for the best selection.

Please use the form below to register for the event. Registration helps to ensure that we have enough resources available on the day of the Swap.

The doors open promptly at 10 am on December 12th, but feel free to come early and enjoy some coffee/tea in the front lobby. Our address is 124 P. Rickman Industrial Drive, Holly Springs, Georgia.

We look forward to seeing you at the Swap!
This event is FREE (no catch, we promise).

Want to Volunteer and Shop Early?

It takes many hands to sort, organize and display the hundreds of toys and books we receive for the Swap. Would you consider volunteering to help us make Christmas brighter for Holly Springs’ families?

We are offering all of our Toy Swap volunteers the opportunity to shop early the day of the Swap. Here is how it works:

  1. . Sign up here to volunteer.
  2. For each shift you volunteer, you will get to shop early for THREE items.
  3. Volunteers will get to shop early the morning of the Toy Swap, Saturday, December 12th at 9:30 am.
  4. Once you have picked out your three items for each shift worked, you will take the toys to your car and can rejoin other shoppers in the lobby. Doors will open for everyone at 10 am!

FAQ’s

Below are some questions and answers that may help you plan for this event.

Q: How does a Toy Swap event work?

A: Before the event toys and books are sorted and placed on marked tables. During the swap you are welcome to browse the tables and take whatever you can use for your family. There is no charge for anything! We will have gift wrapping stations open where we will wrap your gifts so they are ready for Christmas morning.

Q: What kind of items can I bring?

A: During this swap, we are accepting gently-used or new toys and children’s books.

Q: Am I allowed to sell things that I get from this swap?

A: NO. We provide this community event in order to bless one another by sharing what we have. We ask that items taken are not sold. Please do not take items your family will not use. All remaining items will be used to fund future swap events, or donated to a local charity.

Q: May I come even though I do not attend your church?

A: YES! We encourage everyone in the community who would like to come and participate. Feel free to bring friends, the more the merrier!

Q: Where is the Swap held?

A: The Swap is held in our the main sanctuary of Life Bible Church, located at 124 P. Rickman Industrial Blvd, Holly Springs, GA.

Q: Do I have to bring a minimum number of items?

A: No. We would love to have you come join us for the fun, even if you do not have any items to contribute. There is no counting of items during drop off or before you leave. (We only ask “Number of Items” on the registration so that we can prepare an appropriate number of tables.)

Q: Do I need to drop things off before the event?

A: YES! We provide early drop off times during the week prior to our event. Please sign up on the form above to let us know when you plan to come.

Q: I may need to bring my children, is that ok?

A: In our church, we believe that family comes first, so children are always welcome. However, we do ask that parents keep their children with them at all times.
